Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters can ship anywhere in the United States and to our service personnel at U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Online order processing typically takes 2-3 business days from the time indicated on your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays.)
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times are not part of the shipping estimate.
Shipping and handling charges will be calculated prior to checkout. Shipping will be done through the UPS & United States Postal Service.
Shipping charges will be determined based on the rates of the delivery service provider and the destination zip code.
Orders of $99 or more will qualify forFREE SHIPPING.
Currently, Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters does not offer shipping outside of the United States.
(U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses located outside of the United States are not considered international deliveries and will be shipped USPS.)
Most orders arrive in 5-8 business days from the time they are shipped.
To track the status of your shipment, click on the provided tracking number, which will redirect you to the carrier’s site. It may take up to 24 hours before package status information becomes available.
Please allow 30 days for delivery to APO/FPO/DPO Military addresses.

We cannot control shipping delays caused by severe weather events, holidays, labor shortages or carrier errors.
