Because of the perishable nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that we made an error in your order, our customer service department willsend out the product(s) you should have received at no charge and provide a prepaid return label if necessary.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product that you received or have another issue, we ask that you contact us so we can work with you to find a suitable resolution to your concern(s).
All return and refund inquiries should be made within 30 days of your purchase. Please callus at 1-800-420-6154 or email our Customer Service department at service@fingerlakescoffee.com and one of our representatives will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters retains the right to limit or cancel orders that we suspect are attempts to resell or distribute our product without our consent.
